At Carabao Chronicles, our mission is to provide an exceptional and immersive tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) experience for all our players. To ensure that every session runs smoothly and that all participants enjoy a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, we have established the following guidelines and policies. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or new to the world of TTRPGs, these policies are designed to help us create memorable and enjoyable experiences for everyone involved. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to understand our expectations and how we can work together to make each game session an extraordinary adventure.
Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least one week in advance to allow for proper preparation and planning.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. On-the-day cancellations will incur a fee.
On-the-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session, a fee of 250 PHP per scheduled hour will be charged.
No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee of 500 pesos per hour will be charged.
Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and GCash.
Full Payment: Please pay your session fee in full before the session to secure your time slot.
Extended Sessions: Sessions that are extended beyond said hours will incur an additional charge of the standard hourly rate. Extended sessions can be arranged with prior notice.
Punctuality: Players are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals disrupt the game flow and affect other players' experience.
Preparation: Players should come prepared with their character sheets, dice, and any other necessary materials. Extra materials and tools are available upon request.
Participation: Active participation is encouraged. Players should stay engaged and contribute to the story and gameplay.
Communication: Players should communicate any concerns, questions, or feedback to the DM or host promptly.
Preparation: The GM will prepare the session content, including plot, encounters, and maps, in advance to ensure a smooth and engaging game.
Inclusivity: The GM will create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all players, ensuring that everyone has a chance to participate.
Flexibility: The GM will be flexible and adaptable, adjusting the game as needed to accommodate players' actions and choices.
Conflict Resolution: The GM will mediate any conflicts that arise during the game, ensuring that they are resolved fairly and respectfully.
Recording Sessions: Sessions may be photographed or recorded for documentation or promotional purposes, with prior consent from all participants. Minors will not be involved in the recordings and photographs unless granted parental consent.
Privacy: Players' personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without explicit permission.
Safety Tools: Tools like the X-card, Lines and Veils, and Script Change will be used to ensure a safe and comfortable gaming environment.
Feedback: Players are encouraged to provide feedback on their comfort levels and any concerns they have about the content or gameplay.
